Meet the Team
Editor-in-Chief
Bridget Marshall
is an editor, writer, and English teacher who grew up between the USA and Chile. One consequence of hopping between hemispheres is that she has now lived 12 more summers than she has winters. She loves Jesus and is fond of good stories, yerba mate, and adventures in nature.

Editor
Rebekah Fruin
is an ATCK who spent portions of her life in Russia, Cambodia, and the USA. She is grateful to be serving as a missionary to Ukraine. One of the most important things she has learned is that God is not held back by any cultural, language, or personality barriers — therefore, by His strength and wisdom, she can also be a light for Him no matter where He calls her. She wouldn’t trade being a TCK for the world!
Editor, Graphic Designer, & Social Media Manager
Lisa Elis
is TCKs for Christ’s graphic designer and resident avocado. She’s half European, half Asian, and currently lives in Canada. Enthusiastic about all literary and artistic things, she spends her time blogging, editing, drawing, and expanding her creative horizons. See her work on lisellie.carrd.co.
(She designed TCKs for Christ’s cool stamp logo.)

Sarah Susanna Rhomberg
is an MCK from Europe who is fluent in both English and German. She has cried many tears over the question of home, mother tongue, and identity, and she wants to use these experiences to encourage others. Aside from writing, she loves reading, butterflies, and sunsets. Sarah wants to live her life for Christ and writes to glorify Him. You can connect with her at Truth & Hope.
Writer
Olivia Rooney
is recently married and living in Florida. She enjoys writing, reading and exploring new places. Having been a MK (missionary kid) for about half her life, she is especially sensitive to the struggles of loneliness and adapting to new places. She desires to show that in the TCK letters she writes. You can find her on Instagram @aworldofbooksandjoys.

Writer
Joy Adewumi
is an avid dreamer, writer, and unapologetic Christian. As her name states, her one purpose in life is to spread joy wherever it is needed. Formerly a PK, she has lived in South Africa as a TCK for most of her life. She enjoys reading, writing, and playing the piano. Connect with her on Instagram @DJoyGene.
Writer
Lynette Allcock Yoon
is a writer, teacher, and former radio host. She grew up in three countries and now lives in South Korea with her husband. She writes about life abroad, faith, and relationships from an expat, TCK perspective. She loves helping fellow wanderers and sojourners to feel seen, encouraging them to overcome the challenges and find the beauty in cross-cultural living. Outside of work, she enjoys musical theatre and long walks with good friends. You can find her on Instagram @wordsforwanderers or at lynetteallcock.com.

Writer
Stephanie Granger
is a missionary wife and mother of three Third Culture Kids. She and her husband began serving in Mexico shortly after their marriage, where they planted two churches and raised their growing family. Two of their children were born on the mission field. After returning to the U.S. in 2022, which was a season of growth the Grangers are preparing to return to Mexico in January of 2026. Stephanie is passionate about missions, motherhood, women’s ministry, music and sharing Christ through everyday life.
Newsletter Manager
Chana
is an MK from America who spent half of her childhood in Indonesia along with her parents and seven younger siblings. She’s passionate about learning new things and seeing the beauty in differences. In her free time, she likes to read, play board games, talk, laugh, write poetry, joke, and meet new people.
